George Thomas built it in a canyon above Santa Monica in 1926, and it has barely needed changing since. Host of the Genesis Invitational, a PGA Championship and a US Senior Open. Hogan won here so often they called it Hogan's Alley. The 10th is a 315 yard par 4 that has confounded the best players alive for a century, and the 6th has a bunker sitting in the middle of the green.
